"The signs
of time"
"The wind in the forest" work made in
the Guilin's symposium of China. It consists of 18 columns. Each
one is 5 m high, marked with blue resin streaks that give horizontal
rhythm. Each column is like a tall plant. All of them are different
, but together they represent members of the same family. Their
curved shapes create movement.

Communication: The
telegraph and the telegraph poles illustrate the last century by
their strong presence in our cities and country side. The memory
of the tree: these trees have travelled all around the world to
transmit the human historical or personnal messages. They have changed
their destinies. They will all disappear within the next millenium.
New communication will make them obsolete. |
